We have harnessed the real power of Qualtrics and created a seamless, automated integration with high volume transactional data held in educational institution databases. This allows us to identify students in need of support and intervention, praise and encouragement and also to engage with all students with personalised, contextualised and culturally sensitive surveys. By using bi-directional engagement, we are able to take the Pulse of students as regularly as they and the need dictate thus creating a moving insight into student sentiment. Using Qualtric’s analytics and reporting tools, we deliver sector-changing correlational insights that can be acted on in real time thus improving retention, achievement and, ultimately, positively impacting the individual, their family, society and the economy.
