To understand the current state of employee experience (EX) management, we surveyed 250 HR leaders from large companies about topics ranging from current EX efforts and future plans to EX challenges and leadership commitment. Respondents also completed our EX Competency & Maturity Assessment, which evaluates the Six Experience Management (XM) Competencies: LEAD, REALIZE, ACTIVATE, ENLIGHTEN, RESPOND, and DISRUPT. When we analyzed their responses, we found that, compared with their peers, EX leaders have better financial results, deliver higher quality CX and EX, and are more effective at using employee feedback to improve experiences.
